WaiverWorks (working name)
Idea status: Idea stage · Target: an MRR ladder ($1k → $50k) instead of one fixed number · Verdict: No as a generic waiver tool. Go small, as state-correct consent forms for US tattoo and piercing studios · Last updated: 30 Sept 2026
Start here → WHAT-TO-DO-AND-AVOID.md: odds at each MRR level (with conditions, ~15 hrs/week / full-time: $1k 45% / 60%, $5k 18% / 30%, $10k 8% / 16%, $20k 3% / 7%), customer math, 12 do's, 14 avoids, checkpoints.
Where this idea came from: it was one of the candidates from the 30 Sept 2026 micro-SaaS research. The original brief was "digital waivers, consent and intake forms for one activity or appointment industry", with five candidate niches. This folder picks the niche and reviews it.
Name: "WaiverWorks" is a working name only. Check trademark (USPTO) and domain availability before using it publicly.

Caveat
Team, hours per week, geography, budget and any studio connections were not provided. The assumptions are in analysis/09. Research was single-pass, not the adversarial 3-vote run used for CreatorDesk. Several vendor pages blocked direct fetching, and the Smartwaiver revenue figure is a third-party estimate. The state rules quoted here come partly from a competitor's blog and must be checked against the statutes before use. See research/10.
