One-Page Brief

Verdict

No as described. Go, small, as booked-job reports for home-services agencies, and only if you can reach those agencies.

As described (white-label dashboards for any agency, Google Ads, Meta, GA4 "and similar"), the odds of reaching $10k MRR by month 24 are ~2%. Recommended (US agencies serving home-services contractors, booked jobs and revenue from Jobber or Housecall Pro as the paid core, the 3 conditions met), they are ~8% at ~15 hrs/week and ~15% full-time. $1k MRR is the realistic outcome: ~40% / ~55%. Tier B ($20k MRR, profitable): ~3% / ~6%. All figures are judgment estimates. No verified base rate exists for bootstrapped B2B micro-SaaS (01).

This is the most crowded category in the portfolio. The recommended version is the least-bad wedge found, not a strong one. Without access to home-services agencies, the answer is a plain No.

It is not fundable and doesn't need to be (06).

The five things that matter

  1. The category is real, and so is the ceiling for a late entrant. DashThis reached $230K/month in 2021 (CEO), with ~2,600 customers at ~$135/month and 3% monthly revenue churn, bootstrapped. AgencyAnalytics is at an estimated $15.7M ARR with 143 staff (Latka, 2025). But Reportz.io, a small team that launched in 2017, sits at an estimated $220K ARR with 2 staff in 2025. That's what "one more reporting tool" looks like after 8 years.
  2. The price floor is already low and everything is included. AgencyAnalytics: $20 per client per month, white-label, 85+ integrations, AI summaries and "Ask AI". DashThis: $44–$429/month, with AI Insights and an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Swydo: €69/month for 10 data sources, with 4,000 AI credits. Porter Metrics: ~$15/month. Looker Studio: free.
  3. AI commentary isn't a differentiator any more. It's a free commodity. Every incumbent includes AI summaries. Google has published an official, free Google Ads MCP server (since Oct 2025), and Meta opened an official Ads MCP server in beta on 29 Apr 2026, supporting ChatGPT and Claude. An agency can now ask an assistant to write the client report.
  4. The APIs move under you, silently. Meta removed the 7-day and 28-day view attribution windows on 12 Jan 2026. They returned empty data with no error, and reported conversions dropped overnight in tools that used them. Every connector is permanent upkeep, and a small team can afford only a few.
  5. The gap is revenue, not clicks, and even that is partly taken. Home-services contractors care about booked jobs, not CTR. Their field-service systems now have APIs: Jobber (GraphQL, OAuth, App Marketplace) and Housecall Pro (REST, jobs, invoices, lead source). But WhatConverts upgraded its Jobber integration on 4 Aug 2026 to track requests, quotes, jobs and paid invoices, and sells agency plans from $500/month. ServiceTitan does ad ROI natively. AgencyAnalytics already reports LSA leads. The open space is narrow: one report that joins LSA, calls and ads to booked revenue, sold per client, on top of whatever call tracking the agency already uses.

Feature sort (headline)

  • Table stakes: white-label branding, scheduled PDF and link reports, Google Ads, Meta and GA4 connectors, AI summaries, templates.
  • Differentiators: lead-to-job matching against Jobber or Housecall Pro, cost per booked job by channel, the "leads you didn't book" page, and commentary written for a contractor.
  • Distractions: a drag-and-drop dashboard builder, a long connector list, SEO rank tracking, a client portal, a mobile app.
  • Liabilities: "true attribution" claims, storing homeowners' personal data, scraping, and any report sent with silently missing data.

Most likely cause of death

No gap to sell into. Agencies say "AgencyAnalytics plus CallRail is good enough", or WhatConverts, CallRail or AgencyAnalytics ships the same join within a year. Early warning: fewer than 3 of your first 12 agency calls agree to pay for a hand-built booked-jobs report (05).

Next 90 days

Do: hand-build booked-job reports from CSV exports for 3 agencies paying ≥$99/month by day 30. Then build a thin v1: Google Ads with LSA leads, CallRail, Jobber, phone-number matching, and one report template (08). Stop: building a general dashboard tool, and treating AI commentary as the reason to buy.
