RemindFlow (working name)
Idea status: Idea stage · Target: an MRR ladder ($1k → $50k by month 24) · Verdict: No. Test only as two-way WhatsApp confirmation and slot refill for Indian dental clinics, with a day-45 kill test. · Last updated: 30 Sept 2026
Start here → WHAT-TO-DO-AND-AVOID.md: odds at each MRR level (with conditions, ~15 hrs/week / full-time: $1k ~30% / 40%, $5k ~8% / 13%, $10k ~3% / 6%, $20k ~1% / 2%; Tier B ~1% / ~2%), 12 do's, 14 avoids, checkpoints.
Where this idea came from: row D8 of the 30 Sept 2026 micro-SaaS idea catalog, where it was already marked weak because its only evidence (Appointment Reminder, $12K/month in 2016) was ten years old. "RemindFlow" is a working name. Check trademark and domain availability before using it publicly.
The idea in one line: appointment reminders and confirmations by SMS, WhatsApp, email and voice, layered on existing calendars or practice systems, for clinics, dentists, therapists and salons, to reduce no-shows.
The only wedge this review would test: Indian dental clinics with 2–6 chairs, in one city, whose diary is on paper, Google Calendar or a basic EMR. The product: two-way WhatsApp Confirm / Reschedule / Cancel, a morning "unconfirmed" list for reception, and automatic refill of cancelled slots from a waitlist. It must pass a paid-pilot kill test at day 45. The US, salons, Brazil, Indonesia and "one practice system with weak reminders" were each checked and rejected. See analysis/02.
Research was run on 30 Sept 2026 with a confidence level on each claim. The shared search budget ran out mid-run, so several items are marked unverified. See research/10-verified-research.md.

Caveat
Team, location, hours per week available and dental-industry access were not provided; the assumptions are in analysis/09. Still unverified: whether Indian EMRs (Practo Ray, Eka Care, HealthPlix) already bundle two-way WhatsApp confirmations, the 1 Oct 2026 WhatsApp service-message pricing change, how Meta categorises recall messages, the number of Indian dental clinics, and the current HHS wording on reminder texts. See research/10.
