4. Expanded Feature Catalog (What Driving Schools Ask For)

These are features driving-school owners, instructors and parents expect or ask for, drawn from incumbent feature lists (DanubeNet, Zutobi Instructor, Drivers Ed Solutions, Drive Scout), review summaries and state rules (10). Each is classified with the same honesty as the stated features. Being asked for doesn't mean you should build it. Owner requests in their own words are still unverified. The 15 calls in 08 must confirm them.

Legend: TS = Table stakes, D = Differentiator, X = Distraction, L = Liability. Priority: P0 = v1, P1 = next, P2 = later, — = don't build.

4.1 Net effect

Of about 45 features, about 14 are real differentiators for driving schools, and about 15 belong in v1. Most of the rest are table stakes you'll add slowly, or other companies' products (curriculum, practice tests, accounting, email) you should link to, not rebuild.
